ORGANIZATIONAL PSYCHOLOGY

Description: (Pre req: PSY 2103) Participants will demonstrate a foundational understanding of the principles and practices of organizational psychology, including how organizational factors contribute to individual behavior, and how individuals affect groups and organizational functioning. Emphasis is on such traditional topics as work motivations, job satisfaction and other attitudes, leadership communication, socialization, and organization and job design.
