Architectural Engineering (PhD)

The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program is offered in architectural engineering through the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and based in Omaha, Nebraska, 50 miles northeast of Lincoln, at the Peter Kiewit Institute of Information Science, Technology, and Engineering (PKI).

Description

Within the architectural engineering field, Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) students can concentrate on building energy, lighting, electrical, acoustics, and structures.

There are several professional societies and student groups on campus, including:

  • Architectural Engineering Institute, University of Nebraska Student Branch
  • UNL Architectural Engineering Construction Student Outreach Program (AECSOP)
